Following successful careers in merchandising and advertising, Larisa’s and Pam’s paths crossed in launching the New York City market of The Home Edit, one of the most recognized home organization brands in the world. Servicing clients nationwide, they mastered the ins-and-outs of designing spaces and developing aesthetically pleasing organizing techniques. Larisa and Pam identified a problem they wanted to solve in home organizing. Instead of providing “drop-in” and siloed organization, where a singular space was transformed yet no longstanding system was implemented, Larisa and Pam wanted to dig deeper. They wanted to really know their clients — not just their spaces — so they could create bespoke systems and lasting lifestyle transformations. Larisa, a seasoned merchandising consultant with an unparalleled eye for detail, and Pam, a former Agency Client Partner who connects at the deepest levels with her clients, set off to found Settled.
Following a successful merchandising career managing multi-million dollar sales volumes for America’s leading brands, Larisa brought her eye for detail out of the stores and into her client’s homes. As a seasoned retail consultant, Larisa has developed and implemented visual merchandising standards for multiple brands, ensuring their systemization nationwide. Larisa’s unique ability to stylize on the most granular level while working against big picture ideas leads to unforgettable interior moments.
Pam’s tenure at The Home Edit was preceded by half a decade as the Client Partner at renowned marketing agency, Rung-UP, specializing in helping some of the world’s largest mission driven organizations achieve greater impact, as well as working with high-net-worth data companies to better leverage and meet luxury consumer needs. Combing her advertising years working with nonprofits, Pam envisioned a path forward that allowed people at all levels to benefit from Settled’s systematic organizational transformations. She works daily to enhance the lives of each of her clients.
